For the next 3 months I will be doing something different—taking a short sabbatical from Church, Chaplaincy and Dinners, and becoming director of the Calvary Chapel Bible College Affiliate in Jerusalem. Yes, I will return (my visa expires in 90 days), stopping in Ireland on the way home for some fellowship and ministry. I’m back the end of May, but with all the technology, I’m still close to home. I will post videoclips and some sermons (once a month or so), and my weekly messages and Biblical Dinners will resume May 31. If you want to schedule a Biblical Dinner or Galilean Wedding (or something else) when I return, I’m an email away. I appreciate your prayers, and so does my family. Shalom, and thanks for praying, everyone…!

May the Lord richly bless your ministry over there. In your spare time maybe you can visit some archaeological digs?
That’s definitely the plan—much of my teaching will be at Biblical sites. Blessings!
This is a unique gift The Lord has blessed you with and the students are fortunate to have you! We’ll be praying for you and Kathy and your family. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy! The Lord is with you !
p.s. you have faithfully served the Lord and you have given yourself to communicate the whole truth and nothing but the truth of God’s Word for 25 years as a Senior Pastor! I have nothing but monster-respect!! So glad you are on a “Sabbatical” (you deserve it!) – may this be a huge time of refreshing and renewal as you continue to serve the King, in the City of THE KING! You’re in our prayers!
You deserve the sabbatical, enjoy your time!!! The bible college students will be blessed to have you as their leader. I hope you will continue to post some “youtube” videos… Take us on the journey with you!!!
